Introduction

Hala, the Dubai-based ride-hailing taxi solution, is set to enter the Egyptian market through a strategic partnership with MwaslaTech, a prominent provider of smart transport and shared mobility solutions. This move marks Hala's first venture outside the UAE, signaling its ambitious expansion into the MENAT region.

Memorandum of Understanding Signed

The partnership was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Hala’s Dubai headquarters. The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from both companies, including Khaled Nuseibeh, CEO of Hala, and Yasser Sedky, CEO of MwaslaTech.

Exploring New Opportunities

As part of the agreement, Hala will explore opportunities in Egypt's New Administrative Capital (NAC) and other cities. Hala aims to introduce cutting-edge solutions and leverage advanced technologies to enhance the travel experience for its customers in Egypt.
