The acquisition was finalized today, with Biesterfeld becoming the 100% shareholder of Aerontec Pty Ltd.

Founded in 2002, Aerontec has established itself as a leading distributor of advanced composite materials in South Africa. The company caters to a variety of industries, including marine, transportation, consumer goods, and aerospace. Aerontec operates certified warehousing and distribution facilities in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Jeffreys Bay, and Durban.
Aerontec's extensive product range includes specialized materials tailored for various high-demand sectors. This strategic product diversification aligns well with Biesterfeld's goals of expanding its market reach and enhancing its product portfolio.
