Freshworks' new data center is designed to meet regional data compliance requirements within the UAE, offering business software solutions in Customer Service, IT, and Sales and Marketing. The collaboration with AWS will facilitate joint go-to-market efforts to serve mutual customers, leveraging AWS's comprehensive and widely adopted cloud infrastructure.
Serving a Wide Customer Base
The data center will cater to customers from 72 countries across the MEA region, positioning the UAE as the hub of Freshworks’ operations. This facility will host all Freshworks’ products for regional customers, enhancing performance and enabling businesses to serve their customers and employees more effectively.
